We at Creationsbycandco strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the originalq packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us Creationsbycandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note:
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders or
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will go to original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your Bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Creationsbycandco@gmail.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have any more questions please contact us at Creationsbycandco@gmail.com and we will assist you with the process.
Return Shipping
Unfortunately you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Creationsbycandco isn’t responsible for not receiving your package.
